3 weeks and 10 days over the dispatch date… no towels ?
I emailed to ask how long it takes for towels and they told me to check the website (not very helpful) I ordered 2 towels as a gift and waited 3 weeks and the dispatch date said 27th June. We flew on July 7th and they still wernt here. Very disappointed. Their reply was the dispatch date is only an estimated date… a few days over I get but 11 days later and still nothing is just not acceptable. If you are ordering months ahead fair enough but would not order within 4 weeks of the holiday like we did as you will be disappointed ?

Late items!
Bought two items for my sons birthday. It’s now been two weeks since I purchased and the items still haven’t been dispatched yet. I’ve emailed and they said 1-2 days for production. It’s now past those two days and still in production. I ordered these items with plenty of time and the ‘estimated dispatch’ all implied I would have plenty of time to receive these items before the date needed. This isn’t my first time ordering with toxic fox and before now I have had previous good experiences but I think I’ll be finding somewhere else for the future as I’m so disappointed
UPDATE: I have now had two emails ignored. Looking at other reviews it seems this is a normal thing to happen with this company. Won’t be making the mistake again.

Helpful customer service
Bought a fabulous holiday towel for my grand-daughter (which she loves) omitted to put discount code at payment . When I queried this I was refunded the difference without a fuss. Lovely products and amazing customer service . Thank you

Awful quality towels
Awful quality towels. Bought 9 altogether (5 one month, then 4 the month after as couldn’t afford them all in one purchase) the second order was a completely different quality, thin, edges not seamed and very rough material. Emailed customer service, who asked me to provide evidence (via an automated email) provided evidence which clearly shows the difference, another automated email saying nothing they can do with personalised orders. £230 worth of towels that don’t match & can’t even speak to a human about it. AVOID!!

Amended order
I wanted my order amended straight after I had paid for a beach towel and the customer service was brilliant. I emailed straight away and Marvin contacted me almost immediately. He was so helpful and quick in correcting my order. Thank you

What a wonderful site, could of easily got carried away with ordering goods, but only purchased a bag and it looks like the person i bought it for in the cartoon,

I cannot describe the amazing customer service I received with this company. From start to finish and the final jute bag, simply excellent. I will definitely buy again and I highly recommend them.

recently purchased a travel bag absolutely love it, always had to squeeze all my bits and pieces for holidays into handbag.The travel bag is perfect even has compartment at front for passport etc. love this so much gona get friends one for Xmas

Fantastic towels and awesome customer service
I ordered myself a towel, which when it came I was so pleased with! Its great on holiday and washes lovely too. I was so pleased I ordered two more as gifts. When one arrived, it was clear the courier had damaged the packaging and the towel inside was unfortunately spoiled too. When I contacted customer care, they not only replied within half an hour (Marvin was amazing!) they completely replaced the towel - which was not even their fault, it was the courier. Can't say any more about how good their customer service is. My friends have all bought towels from here as well for our upcoming holiday and I will continue to recommend ToxicFox. Brilliant, well done!

Hi I love my bag and my lunch bag I use it for work when I’m in the bag is amazing,I love it it so cute very big and handy for me and one of my boss gets my name mixed up now she calls me Anna ,and the lunch bag is amazing and it perfect for me since all my family member use plastic tubawear for their lunch so the lunch bag/box is perfect for me I used them both all the time

Amazing customer service! I had ordered a large jute bag and I wanted to change the name on the bag, I emailed customer services who were more than helpful! They cancelled my order and sent me a new code to reorder the bag at no extra cost to allow me to change the name. Excellent communication.

Great Speedy Acknowledgment
Placed an order and shortly after realised that i had forgot to provide details of the personalisation. I emailed toxicfox and pretty much had an instant reply from them, confirming that they had updated my order. Great service, thank you.
